Laura’s had many titles and iterations throughout her life. To an outsider it might appear as though she’s led many seemingly disparate lives in one. Yet the closer you look, you can see how each chapter has informed all that Laura embodies and shares.
Guiding her to find her own truth, in a world inundated with “expert opinions” and steep conditioning. Laura’s pushed the envelope with her forays, particularly her relationship to fasting. Attuning to the wisdom of the body, listening to what it needs, not what the mind imposes on it. Giving her great clarity around the human potential that exists beyond our limiting beliefs.
Laura has had an extensive career in psychology and mental health, spanning over a decade. Having always possessed a deep curiosity to intimately understand and connect to all aspects of the human psyche. This led her to work in prisons with; rapists, murderers and those relegated to the edges of society. Her capacity to hold innocence in the darkest of places, meant she’s always been able to connect with the humanity in all her clients.
Leaving behind her career as a psychologist Laura embarked on her journey exploring the worlds of spiritual liberation and sacred sexuality, living in a tantric community for many years. She developed a strong devotion to her spiritual practices, and ignited a deep relationship with her body and her sensuality. Which are intrinsic parts of Laura’s essence.
Being diagnosed with Lymphatic cancer at the age of 18 and 2 autoimmune diseases thereafter, sent Laura on a long path of healing. Compelling her to probe deeper into all aspects of physical, mental and emotional health.

Her interest in sexuality, shadow and taboo later steered Laura into working as a stripper and sensual masseuse. Meeting the edges of the erotic landscape in both herself and within her clients. During her time in the sex industry she noticed a serious lack of heart infused sex and sensual embodiment. Funnily enough these were the very things people were truly longing to feel. Underneath the masks of wanting sex lay a desire for intimacy, heart and love infused eros. These missing and much needed ingredients are what Laura brings forth in all her work.
For many years now Laura has been facilitating, teaching and sharing her accumulated knowledge across all areas of: embodiment, sexuality, sensuality, shadow work and soul emergence. Through her years of facilitation she’s realised more than anything, that none of these things truly define her, they’ve given her a taste of her infinite nature. Each moment in her life has provided an aspect to integrate back into herself. Yet ultimately her true path is one of dissolution. Not getting stuck over-identifying with any aspect. Instead focusing on bringing Awareness, Consciousness and Love to all she is and does. Constantly piercing through layers of illusions with purity and innocence.
This is the wisdom she radiates and vibrates from her core. This is what she is most inspired to impart on the world.
